A new publication for capital market experts!

A commentary on the Public Offering Act – a comprehensive study of key regulations on introducing financial instruments to trading and the functioning of public companies – will be published as early as February 26, 2025. Professor Tomasz Sójka, who is the editor of the publication, will prepare it, which will provide valuable support for lawyers, investors, and issuers.

Key issues and authors

One of the publication’s co-authors is Wojciech Kapica, who, together with Aleksander Szpojankowski, analyzed the provisions of Articles 90c-90ga and Article 97d of the Public Offering Act. The authors presented practical interpretations and discussed the impact of the latest Polish and EU law changes, including key regulations such as the MAR Regulation and the Prospectus Regulation.
