A few days ago, the commentary to the Financial Instruments Trading Act was published, one of the co-authors of which is Wojciech Kapica. The commentary was prepared under the scientific editorship of Tomasz Sójka. W. Kapica addressed issues relating to statutory definitions of individual brokerage services and the obligations of investment companies in the performance of such services, which are regulated in Articles 72 – 81f of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments.
The Act on Trading in Financial Instruments is one of the most important regulations of the capital market, the purpose of the introduction of which was to implement solutions to increase the competitiveness of this market and improve the efficiency of its operation.
