Examples of our achievements
Business Model Transformation: We led and coordinated the project to transform the business and legal model of an operational group of companies that supply ATMs, POS terminals, and payment services and function as a national payment institution.
Token Migration: We coordinated the project to migrate the Client’s native token from its standard on the Ethereum network to the popular ERC-20 standard, utilizing innovative Layer 2 Ethereum solutions. The project involved global collaboration between legal and development teams worldwide.
Entry into EU Markets: We provided 360° advisory services for the Client’s entry into EU markets with a payment services offering, including a model for cross-border payment services and negotiations with one of the largest banks in the world.
Private Investor Club: We co-created the legal and business structure of a private investor club, forming the largest professional Business Angels community in Poland.
Golem Factory: With Wojciech Ługowski as a member of the Golem Factory team, we provide legal counsel responsible for the company’s legal and business risk area that implemented a decentralized supercomputer based on the Ethereum network.
