On Decbember 1, 2021 at the invitation of the Chamber of Brokerage Houses, Mr. Wojciech Kapica, took part in the IDM Compliance Conference. This year’s edition was focused on the current problems of financial institutions related to the new regulations. His speech concerned the future of AML. During his presentation, he told the participants about the draft of a new EU Regulation on the prevention of the use of the financial system for the purpose of money laundering or terrorist financing. In addition, there was a discussion about the implications of the proposed creation of AMLA.
