On 19 March 2023, Wojciech Ługowski had the occasion to deliver a guest lecture as part of the DIGITAL HEALTH – START ME UP (DH-SMU)! course organised by Kozminski University. The block of classes in which W. Ługowski presented his lecture was focused on the establishment, value creation and financing of medical start-ups.
The topic of his lecture was ‘Investment conditions and their practical significance’. Among other things, he discussed the stages of fundraising consisting of: preparation -> discussions -> term sheet -> due diligence -> investment.
The course was prepared for people running startups, planning their launch and supporting their development.
