She advises technology projects and startups on the secure implementation of digital products and the scaling of their operations in a dynamic regulatory environment.

She has experience in analysing and implementing regulations applicable to new technologies, including digital law, data protection, the liability of online platforms and compliance of online activities with national and EU legislation. She supports clients in identifying and managing legal risks related to the development of technological products.

She also advises entities operating in the e-commerce sector, in particular on online platform terms and conditions, online sales, marketplaces, dropshipping and subscription-based models. She assists in designing legal structures and processes compliant with consumer and digital law requirements.

She has hands-on experience in influencer marketing, including influencer agreements, advertising campaigns, disclosure of sponsored content, advertising liability and compliance of marketing activities with advertising and consumer protection regulations.

She works closely with business, marketing and technology teams, effectively combining legal expertise with operational realities and supporting projects from the concept stage through implementation and scaling.

She is actively involved in educational and expert initiatives, sharing knowledge on new technologies law, Web3 and e-commerce. She speaks at industry conferences and events dedicated to digital innovation.
