PhD student at the Department of Financial Law of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. He specialises in capital market law, with particular focus on investment fund regulations. Author of publications on capital market law, banking law and philosophy of law. The speaker at nationwide scientific conferences.
He gained his professional experience working at the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF), where he was in charge of administrative proceedings in the field of investment fund law. He was involved in drafting legal opinions and drafting legislation in this area. Previously, he cooperated with one of the Warsaw law firms, where he participated in the processes of issuing bonds, drawing up investment documentation and handled day-to-day services for capital companies, including public companies.
