Under the leadership of Wojciech Ługowski, Lawarton has been invited to co-author the latest edition of the International Law and Practice guide published by Chambers & Partners. As part of this publication, we prepared an overview of Fintech Law 2025 Poland, covering key regulatory aspects relevant to fintech, blockchain, and regtech companies and entities implementing open banking solutions.

Our contribution addresses a broad range of topics, from business models and robo-advisors to the legal dimensions of blockchain and regtech and financial fraud prevention in Poland. We emphasized Polish fintech regulations and upcoming changes related to the EU’s MiCA regulation.

The guide is structured into 12 practical chapters, offering a legal analysis and actionable guidance for financial sector decision-makers and leaders. This publication on fintech and legal regulations is intended for companies with well-established legal departments and those relying on external legal support in fintech law.
