Wojciech Ługowski took part in the panel discussion entitled ‘Is Poland keeping pace with the development of blockchain technology?’ The discussion focused on the implementation of MiCA regulations in Poland and across Europe, the impact of these regulations on the competitiveness of entities operating in the new technologies market, and Poland’s potential as a hub for Web3 solutions, tokenisation, and digital infrastructure.
