The knowledge imparted during the lectures, exercises and workshops is invaluable, and Wojciech Ługowski, who led a workshop on Negotiation last weekend, has also made his contribution.
Wojciech Ługowski presented specific tools (including BATNA/WATNA) used in the negotiation process and the reasons for their use, and based theory on concrete examples. Participants had the opportunity to work on real negotiation scenarios, which were the result of his many years of professional experience on both the Polish, as well as the Asian and American markets.
Already on 27 May 2023, the second and final lecture on negotiation will take place in Katowice.
